The terms applying to online ticket purchases, memberships and donations.

These terms of sale govern online sales made on the Festival Fougères Musicales website: concert tickets, association membership and donations. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms, which the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted before confirming payment.
The site allows the purchase of: (a) tickets for the festival concerts, individually or as multi-concert passes; (b) an annual membership; (c) donations. Essential characteristics (concert, date, venue, price) are shown on the relevant pages.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. For tickets, a service fee covering online payment costs is added and displayed before order confirmation. Products are billed at the rates in force at the time of order.
The buyer completes the online process and confirms the order by payment. For membership, a member account is created (email and password) giving access to a personal area. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the confidentiality of their credentials.
Payment is made online by card via our secure payment provider Stripe. The association stores no banking data. The order is final only after payment confirmation.
Tickets are digital (e-tickets), accessible online and sent by email as a QR code after payment. Each ticket is personal (named); passes are strictly personal and non-transferable. The QR code must be shown (on a smartphone or printed) at the concert entrance.
Under Article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date: tickets and passes are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except if the concert is cancelled (see Article 9). Donations, made without consideration, are not sales and give no right of withdrawal.
If a concert is cancelled by the association, the buyer is refunded the price of the affected ticket(s) (excluding service fees) or offered an equivalent solution. If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date; otherwise the buyer may request a refund of the ticket. No refund is due if the buyer does not attend.
Membership is valid until 31 December of the year of payment. Any membership paid after 15 November is valid until 31 December of the following year. It is personal and non-refundable. Membership entails acceptance of the association's statutes and internal rules.
As the association is of public interest, donations give right to a 66% income-tax reduction, within legal limits. A tax receipt is sent to identified donors. Anonymous donations do not give rise to a receipt.
Data collected is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
The association cannot be held liable for non-performance in the event of force majeure. Programme information is provided for guidance and may change.
Any complaint may be sent to contact@festivalfougeresmusicales.com. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Rennes.
