Music, shared
Beyond the main concerts, the festival carries a mission of education and sharing: passing music on to the youngest, and bringing it to those who cannot always reach it.
For the 2027 edition, outreach unfolds hand in hand with the Fougères conservatoire, the CRR in Rennes and the Pont Supérieur in Rennes.
Five highlights
Conservatoire Orchestra concert
A week before the festival opens, the Conservatoire Orchestra gives a concert at the Conservatoire auditorium to present the edition to students and their parents.
Emmanuelle Bertrand master class
Cellist Emmanuelle Bertrand leads a master class in the Conservatoire's new auditorium, with selected students. It is organised and covered directly by the Conservatoire.
Three student concerts
Three concerts bring together students from the Fougères conservatoire, the Rennes CRR and the Pont Supérieur in Rennes. Two take place across Fougères Agglomération — in Javené and Baucé — and the third at the Fougères Conservatoire auditorium.
Schools concerts
True to the festival's tradition, the 2027 schools concerts take on a new format, still being defined, led by Breton artists.
Concerts in hospital
As every year, concerts are given in hospital, to bring music to patients who cannot travel to the concert halls.
